Look Out For Yourself

Something’s wrong – you just don’t feel right. You’ve been feeling dreadful, emotionally and physically, like a wet blanket of doom has settled over you. You’re able to stand outside of it enough to know that this just isn’t like you but you can’t help how you feel. You’ve been to the doctor but tests are having trouble pinpointing a problem.

So you’ve started eating better, and the yoga and walking are helping you sleep better at night – but you still feel reactionary, like any little thing could set you off into a crying spell. Certainly be sure to check with your physician about any symptoms but you might be experiencing but you may also want to consider taking a vitamin b complex.

A lack of proper vitamins and nutrients is very similar to putting the wrong type of fuel in your tank; if your engine requires petrol and you’re trying to run it on vegetable oil it simply won’t run properly. And with so many stress-related ailments triggering yet another set of new ones, it is imperative to do what you can to safeguard your health.

So before the “little” issues spiral into bigger, more serious ones don’t forget that vitamins and minerals are just as important a part of your nutrition as replacing a salad for that double burger. Look after yourself – if not for yourself then for your loved ones. Then once you’re feeling back in form you’ll be ready to tackle anything that comes at you. Go get ‘em, Tiger!
